AND…
sooooooooo the funniest thing about today…after dinner, i thought i had a 200 caloric allowance left for the day. Not wanting to eat below 1,200 Kcals, I gladly measured out some almonds to munch on before my pre evening workout and gatorade for during and afterwards. Voila…1,200kcals. However when i was adding everything up, my lunch was 100 more calories than I had calculated at lunch time. Oops. What happened is that i made lunch with my boyfriend today. We cooked the veggies for a philly sandwhich, so i just added up everything we put in the pan then divide it by 2 since i ate half of it…well, i also had a salad that i made for myself, and wrote everything down. At the end of the meal is when i add all the calories, so instead of adding and dividing only the cooked veggies, I added the cooked veggies AND what i had in my salad and divided it…there was my oops. So I thought i consumed 100 less calories than i actually did. Thank God it was more. So lesson learned…have a way of organizing the way you count calories, so things dont run into eachother and thus, everything stays accurate.
stay healthy and happy.

AND…
I am really proud of myself. Today hardly felt like a struggle. I actually enjoyed everything, even my 9pm workout was high energy. I know it will not always be like this, so i savor the moment and will tuck it away until i need to remember how it feels to be in shape, and having fun. That is what this is all about. I am doing this to be happier, not to be more stressed out or irritated. when i start getting like that, i promise myself to take a step back and reevaluate things, change things, and go on. This is going to work.
Biggest loser was on tonight. I LOVED it…it was really long, but it was worth it. During commercials i felt guilty for just sitting on my arse, so i got up and did some running around the house with my little Pomeranian, some push ups on my body ball, and some squats to get my legs feeling nice and worked. : )
Lastly, I am working on coming up with different tips and role models that will help myself (and hopefully anyone else) stay motivated or inspired to keep up the good work. Like i said before, we are human, and falling off is bound to happen, its just a matter of when. However, how we react and bounce back is what makes ALL the difference. It is my little pet, and I will be excited when all is up and running.
stay healthy and happy.
