rewards

I have started back working out consistently during winter intersession, and with the spring semester a week away, I WANT to keep this up, but i know my patterns and how school can get hectic.  I have already planned the workouts i will do each day, but to keep me accountable and motivated, these are some things i will be doing:

-Every time i workout, I can watch one of my favorite shows…these can be added up like credits, and at the end of the week, any unused “credits” will disappear (that way i dont end up with like 20 hours of tv in one day…ew)

-For every 20 workouts, i get to schedule an hour long massage.

-For everyday I log my workout and calories on this site, I get to spend a guilt free 30 minutes on facebook the following day. If there is no calorie counting or logging, nooooooo facebook.

-If I workout everyday in February, I will gift myself a Magazine subscription.  Same for March.

That is it for now… I am going to try to keep thinking up more rewards, the more the merrier…so if you have any, please, do share : )
