<p style="text-align:left;">Today was good, but tiring day. how is that possible? today was all rest and no work, yet i feel exhausted and tired and sleepy and its only 10:31.  I called my boyfriend to tell him good night and he sounded like he was in disbelief that it is even possible to be tired and ready for bed now. But i am.  I should have gone for a long walk today or something, but didnt.  I sat all day and organized my computer, files, bookmarks, the whole sha-bang. I got the stuff for my bulletin boards ready, AND i did wake up early, like 5:45 early.  That might be part of it.  I did well with my calorie allowance, that hardly slid at all. I wasn&#8217;t very hungry today.  Except for around dinner. so i made a kickass salad.  Dessert was listening to bob green and oprah&#8217;s 2 hour long live webcast : )</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Anyway, tomorrow is a new day, new workout, new calorie allowance, new attitude, new energy.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">It has been a great week&#8230;third week of break, one to go, then school starts and hopefully i will not wake up from this dream.  It has been really nice these past three weeks not to worry about money or groceries, just being back at my parents for the winter intersession, having my basic needs meet, fabulous groceries in the fridge and pantry, and a wonderful support system.  I move back into the dorms on wednesday, and am on duty that night (i am a resident adviser) and start school this time next week&#8230;well, tuesday. I just want all this hard work to stick, and i want to keep working towards that beach bod for the bahammas.  It feels too good to stop, i just hope i remember that when the homework starts piling up.  I think I am actually going to dedicate a page of what to do when motivation is lacking, and what to do to prevent the &#8220;im too busy to workout&#8221; thing from even happening. because its NOT happening to me. No way no way no way.</p>

<p>sooooooooo the funniest thing about today&#8230;after dinner, i thought i had a 200 caloric allowance left for the day.  Not wanting to eat below 1,200 Kcals, I gladly measured out some almonds to munch on before my pre evening workout and gatorade for during and afterwards. Voila&#8230;1,200kcals.  However when i was adding everything up, my lunch was 100 more calories than I had calculated at lunch time. Oops.  What happened is that i made lunch with my boyfriend today.  We cooked the veggies for a philly sandwhich, so i just added up everything we put in the pan then divide it by 2 since i ate half of it&#8230;well, i also had a salad that i made for myself, and wrote everything down.  At the end of the meal is when i add all the calories, so instead of adding and dividing only the cooked veggies, I added the cooked veggies AND what i had in my salad and divided it&#8230;there was my oops.  So I thought i consumed 100 less calories than i actually did.  Thank God it was more.  So lesson learned&#8230;have a way of organizing the way you count calories, so things dont run into eachother and thus, everything stays accurate.</p>
